Sussex Consortium students got the chance to meet local heroes at the annual Community Helpers Day Sept. 27.

Through the license, the school is now eligible to receive more grants to help students in need, and scholarships can be given to teachers who want to further their education in early childhood learning.

Peer applications for the Little Vikings early learning program are now open! 

If you have a child between the ages of 3-5, who resides in the Cape Henlopen School District, come join us at your local library on select Thursdays for an opportunity to play and learn with experienced staff of the Cape Henlopen School District.

Cape Henlopen Readiness Team Members are Cape Henlopen family members, community members, and related professionals. ALL who are committed to supporting children ages birth-8 and their families in the Cape community are welcome and encouraged to participate in our project-based initiatives. 

School supplies have been posted and are available on the individual school pages! Click the "School Supplies" icon under the main image to access school supplies for each building and each grade level. 

If your child turns 5 on or before August 31, you can register them for kindergarten! If your child is under or between the ages of 3-4 years old, please make sure to fill out the Ages and Stages Screening!
